Shawn Lederman is currently the Chief Operating Officer - Retail at CMG Companies and serves on the board of Spiffy and as a member of the TCW Operating Advisory Council. Previously, Shawn held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ruby Tuesday from 2019 to 2024 and was a board member there from 2017 to 2024. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Shawn restored distressed portfolio companies back to profitability while at Highland Capital Management and NRD Capital, earning accolades such as the Atlas Award for ‘Turnaround Deal of the Year’. Shawn holds a BSBA in Finance and International Management from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
