Mark Kays

Mark Kays is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and program management. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer II at Spruce since June 2023, Mark focuses on full stack testing for mobile and web platforms while collaborating with Backend Engineers for API testing. Previously, Mark worked at Phunware, Inc. as a Software QA Engineer and Program Manager from October 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included API, regression, and sanity testing, along with onsite deployments for Location Based Services. Mark began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Hands-On Mobile, testing mobile games and applications, and also served as a Trust Administrative Assistant at City National Bank in the Wealth Management Division. Mark holds degrees from City College San Diego and The Art Institute of California, San Diego.
