Ming Liu

Ming Liu currently serves as VP of Finance at Seamless Capital LP, a multi-strategy private investment firm, since December 2019, overseeing investments in sectors such as Commercial Real Estate, VC & Growth Equity, and upstream oil & gas. Ming also acts as a Board Observer for SHARE Mobility, which provides Mobility-as-a-Service solutions, and for Spruce, a managed marketplace connecting housecleaners with apartment residents. Previously, Ming held positions including Senior Associate at Ironspring Ventures and Director of Finance at NextSeed, where contributions included building financial frameworks and implementing cloud software tools. Early career experiences include consulting at Deloitte and The Boston Consulting Group, as well as internships at PepsiCo. Ming holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and has studied at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University and Beijing Jiaotong University.
