Olivia Shone

Olivia Shone is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Stake since August 2025. Prior to this role, Olivia held the position of UAE MLRO and Compliance Officer at Argentex Group PLC from July 2024 to August 2025, where responsibilities included acting as a DFSA approved MLRO at Argentex DIFC Limited. From February 2017 to July 2024, Olivia worked at Barclays Corporate Banking as Vice President of Financial Crime Execution, focusing on financial crime and regulatory oversight for fintech and MSB clients, and held a prior role as Assistant Vice President in financial crime execution and risk assessment. Earlier experience includes a position as Quality Control Manager for High Risk Cases at Kantox. Olivia Shone earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and French Literature and Language from McGill University from 2010 to 2014.
