Sajid Siddique

Sajid Siddique is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate debt and equity advisory. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director - Global Head of Real Estate Debt & Equity at Advice Re Capital since January 2022, Sajid Siddique specializes in structuring complex commercial real estate transactions across the UAE and GCC while also advising on capital market transactions in various regions. Previously, involvement with Mashreq Bank spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Senior Director - Real Estate Finance & Advisory, where leadership was provided in commercial real estate structuring and advisory. Earlier career milestones include positions at the Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where expertise in corporate development and real estate finance was cultivated. Additionally, Sajid Siddique contributes as a member of the Strategic Advisory Committee at Stake, starting in June 2023.
