Annik Wolf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Annik is currently the Co-founder at GetSteps, a company focused on disrupting the custom orthopedic insole market. Prior to this, they worked at BCG Digital Ventures, where they held positions such as Lead Venture Architect, Senior Venture Architect, and Venture Architect. Annik also served as the Head of Business Development at UP42, a venture developed in collaboration with a leading aerospace company, aimed at building a state-of-the-art geospatial developer environment.

Annik started their career as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and later took on the role of Junior Associate. Annik had a gap year internship at Henkel, where they focused on strategy and planning in adhesive technologies, and at Gruner + Jahr AG & Co KG, where they worked on strategy, business management, and development.

Additionally, Annik has worked as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group, as a Project Manager & COO at Floqq, and as an Entrepreneur at 500 Startups. Annik also gained experience as a student research assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Annik Wolf attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Finance. In 2012, they also participated in an exchange semester at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, studying International Business Administration and Economics.
