David Sikora is a seasoned CEO and board director with a wealth of experience in the software industry, having led two public and five private venture capital-backed companies with successful exits. They served as the CEO and Board Director of ALTR and were previously at the helm of Pervasive Software and The Forefront Group, Inc. Throughout their career, David has held multiple board positions with public and private technology companies, engaging in mergers and acquisitions, capital fundraising, and international operations across Asia and Europe. Currently, they act as a Strategic Advisor at Loop & Tie and Cognota, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at TDECU. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Houston.
