From June 2007 to April 2011, John was the Owner & Operations Director at Mossedge LTD, managing financial performance and compliance for multiple venues. Before that, John had a significant tenure at Fairview Hotels, where as Group Operations Manager, responsibilities included overseeing general managers and ensuring employee engagement and operational success across several properties.
