Sivan Levi

Head of Customer Experience

Sivan Levi is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Gett since 2025. Previously, Sivan served as an Account Executive Team Lead at FedEx from 2020 to 2021 and worked in various roles, including Customer Care Manager and Sales Account Executive at FedEx Express from 2018 to 2020. Sivan's prior experience includes serving as a Store Manager at both IL MAKIAGE and Herstyler Oy, as well as holding the position of IDF Officer from 2007 to 2010. Sivan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences at Peres Academic Center.
