Robert Soltis is currently the CFO & Treasurer at Gettle. Robert has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Gettle, they were the Company Controller at Advantage Engineers from June 2015 to July 2019. Before that, they were a manager at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz from January 2008 to June 2015, where they were responsible for planning, supervising and reviewing accounting engagements with clients. Soltis began their career as an accountant at Padgett Business Services from January 2005 to December 2008, where they provided book-keeping services for small business clients and filed payroll tax returns. Robert has a proven track record of success in financial management and reporting, and they are a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and make long-term plans.
Robert Soltis has a Bachelor's in Accounting from Penn State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. Robert is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Their manager is Burton F. Karsteter, President. They are on a team with Bryan Glatfelter - Automation Manager & Control Systems Engineer, Zachery E. Keller - RCDD, and George A. Murin - Director of Engineering, Design.
