Caitlin Vienna

Caitlin Vienna is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Programs & Operations Manager and previously as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Upside since September 2022. Prior to Upside, Caitlin held various HR roles at Alarm.com from April 2019 to September 2022, and at Applied Predictive Technologies from June 2016 to April 2019, where the company specializes in strategic consulting and cloud-based analytics. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Philadelphia Insurance Companies in early 2015 and an internship at Morgan Stanley in late 2013. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
