Kunal Arora

Kunal Arora is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Head of Consumer Product at Upside, Kunal oversees the consumer product team and manages the flagship Upside app, which is recognized as a top 10 travel application. Prior to Upside, Kunal held several product management positions at Uber, where responsibilities included leading the restaurant demand product team for UberEats and successfully launching a promotions product that achieved a $1.4 billion annual run rate within its first year. Kunal also contributed to the field of product management as an instructor at Product School and has experience in the financial sector, having developed a tokenized payment product at Capital One that significantly reduced e-commerce fraud. Kunal co-founded Tuee, a guest relationship management tool for restaurants, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Operations Management from The Ohio State University.
