Shane McGonigal

Shane McGonigal's work experience spans across a variety of roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as a Groundskeeper at Scott Valley Feed & Garden, where they were responsible for maintaining the plants and keeping the grounds clean. From 2015 to 2016, they took on similar Groundskeeping roles at BYU-I Agriculture and Scott Valley Feed & Garden. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at SEM Design, completing various projects, including designing a website for The Collier Hotel.

In 2016, Shane worked as a Sales Clerk and Graphic Designer at Scott Valley Feed & Garden, where they assisted customers and created signs and posters. Shane then joined BYU-Idaho Horticulture as a Groundskeeper in 2016.

In 2017, Shane worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Elevati, where they designed marketing materials and contributed to UX design projects. Shane also worked as a Graphic Designer at BYU-Idaho Student Life Communications, focusing on graphic design responsibilities.

In 2018, Shane joined Ventive as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ensuring product quality. Shane then transitioned to the role of UI/UX Designer in 2019 and later became a Product Owner in 2019.

Most recently, in 2021, Shane joined Ionia as a Lead UX Designer, taking on a leadership role in designing user experiences.

Shane McGonigal attended Golden Eagle Charter School from 2008 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Following this, Shane pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2011 to 2018.
