Shijin Krishna

Shijin Krishna's work experience begins in November 2013 as a Software Trainee at Bhea Technologies Pte. Ltd. Shijin then progresses to the role of Software Engineer, where they are recognized as the "Best technical Resource 2014" and works extensively on SugarCRM application (6.x and 7.x), including configuration and code level customization. Shijin then becomes a Senior Software Engineer at Photon, where they work on SugarCRM 7.x development and implementation for the investment banking sector. Shijin also gains experience in customization and integration of SugarCRM with third-party applications. In 2016, Shijin takes on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Bhea Technologies, where they handle various responsibilities such as understanding customer requirements, developing CRM solutions, integrating CRM with other tools, and managing projects and teams. Shijin is also recognized as an authorized trainer and mentor. Shijin eventually moves on to become a Senior Lead Engineer at Ventive in December 2017.

Shijin Krishna obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Govt Engineering College Wayanad, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications from SugarCRM. Shijin became a Certified Sugar Instructor in August 2016, a Certified Sugar Administration Specialist in July 2016, a Certified Sugar Developer Specialist in April 2015, and a Certified Sugar Sales Specialist in April 2015.
