Aliza Caplan

Aliza Caplan currently serves as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Vim, a point of care connection platform that integrates external data into existing electronic health records (EHRs) to enhance provider experiences. Prior to this role, Aliza held the position of Manager of Customer Success at Clarify Health Solutions, following the acquisition of Embedded Healthcare, where Aliza progressed from Associate of Client Operations to Sr. Manager of Solution Operations. Aliza's career includes experience as a Payer Relations Specialist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a Senior Provider Relations Advocate at UnitedHealth Group, and various roles within BAYADA Home Health Care, HUSK, PeopleScout, and Meridian Health Plan. Aliza holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Social Relations from Kalamazoo College and has further education from Universidad Nebrija.
