Amit Richtman

Amit Richtman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and project management. From 2021, they have been working as the Talent Acquisition Lead and HRBP at Vim, where they focus on creating a value-driven platform for American healthcare. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked at JFrog as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing the recruitment process for GTM and tech roles. Before that, from 2013 to 2018, they held various roles at Zara Group Israel, including Project Manager and Recruitment Manager, where they played key roles in setting up the e-commerce foundation and implementing a new ERP system. And from 2011 to 2012, Amit worked as a Recruiter at HOT, where they managed assessment centers and conducted in-depth interviews.

Amit Richtman has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university.
