Arie Adler

Arie (Arik) Adler is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in engineering management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Vim since December 2022, Arie is responsible for defining and restructuring workflows across R&D teams while fostering high trust and autonomy. Previously at Syte, Arie led team reorganizations focusing on workflow, architecture, and mentoring for professional growth. Prior roles include Full Stack Team Leader at Zerto, where Arie managed multiple engineering teams and oversaw large-scale data efficiency projects, and R&D Team Leader at Radware, emphasizing web application development and architectural design. Arie's career also includes early experience as a Full Stack Web and Mobile Developer at Red Interactive Design. Arie is pursuing a Master's degree in Software Development at Sela College, Israel, which began in 2010.
