Merav Ben David

Merav Ben David is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and Agile transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Vim since February 2022, Merav previously held the position of VP of Agile & DevOps Solutions at abra from September 2019 to January 2022, focusing on Agile organizational transformation and technology integration. Prior roles included Head of PMO and Agile Transformation at Bank Discount, where Merav led PMO teams and implemented Atlassian tools, as well as a Project Manager for business process automation at Teva. Earlier career highlights include managing cultural projects at Bina Organization, acting as a research and teaching assistant at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, and serving as Director of the Cultural Department at Hachalutz. Merav holds an M.B.A. (Cum Laude) and a BA in Sociology and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
