Nitai Sarna

Nitai Sarna has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information security. Nitai is currently the Director of Information Security at Vim since 2023. Previously, they held the same role at Papaya Global from November 2021 to June 2023, and before that, they were an Information Security Manager at Papaya Global from March 2020 to November 2021.

Prior to their roles at Papaya Global, Nitai worked as a Cyber Security Expert at Orbotech from September 2016 to March 2020, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions. Nitai also served as a system analyst and security solution architect.

Before joining Orbotech, Nitai worked as an IT Administrator at Hadassah College Jerusalem from April 2014 to September 2016, where they were in charge of system and network security, server administration, and infrastructure monitoring. During this time, they successfully improved system policies and managed firewall clusters.

Prior to that, Nitai worked at Tuttnauer as a System Administrator from May 2011 to April 2014. Nitai started as a Technical Support provider and was later promoted to System Administrator, where they handled system integrations, maintenance, and optimization. Nitai also led projects and introduced new technologies.

Before embarking on their career in the private sector, Nitai served as a First Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces from November 2005 to May 2009.

Nitai Sarna received education in different fields starting from 2002 to 2017. In 2002-2005, they attended Givat Gonen Leadership High School, focusing on Computer Science and Chemistry. In 2010-2011, they studied at John Bryce, earning an MCSE/MCITP degree, although the field of study is unspecified. In 2012, they attended Hi-Tech College, specializing in VMWare vSphere 5 and receiving a VCP5 degree. In 2016-2017, Nitai attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they received a CISO degree, although the field of study is not mentioned.
