Shiri Guy

Shiri is the VP of People at Vim and is responsible for leading the organization’s people and culture strategy. Shiri drives global people programs and aligns them with Vim's Operating Principles for a cohesive experience. She is also responsible for ensuring that cross-company communication operates seamlessly and she believes in leading by example. Shiri brings with her 15 years of experience managing and building all aspects of human resources and people functions including talent acquisition, performance, employee engagement/wellness and more. She has a strong background in organizational development and is a passionate advocate for people believing in team oriented culture as a key to success.
