Brig Barker

Brig Barker's work experience begins in 1999 at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Warehouse Worker. Brig communicated technical product knowledge to customers, organized product warehousing, and expedited customer product shipments.

In 2002, Barker became a Showroom Supervisor at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Brig facilitated the growth of the in-store customer base by providing advanced product knowledge, directed sales personnel, and oversaw showroom operations.

From 2004 to 2007, Barker worked as a Purchasing Agent and Market Research Compiler at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Brig created and tracked purchase orders, analyzed inventory demands, and conducted market pricing research.

Starting in 2007, Barker joined Captive-Aire Systems as a Technical Sales professional. Brig designed and sized commercial kitchen ventilation, managed product system design and approval, and developed new customers through valuable product design consultation.

In 2014, Barker transitioned to Weave HQ, where they initially worked as a Technical Support professional. Brig troubleshooted VoIP phone registrations, traced VoIP SIP signaling, and helped improve VoIP connectivity.

Later, at Weave HQ, Barker assumed the roles of Technical Support Manager, Director of Support, and eventually Director of Support Operations. In these positions, they created support systems, designed support escalation pathways, developed technical training documentation, and implemented Zendesk as a ticket system.

Throughout their work experience, Barker demonstrated proficiency in technical support, customer service, sales, and management.

Brig Barker pursued their education starting in 2003 at Utah Valley University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Drafting & Design through the Technology Management program. Brig attended the university until 2007. In 2011, Brig Barker enrolled in Western Governors University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management & Strategy. Brig completed their studies at the university in 2012.
