Jay Thorn

Jay Thorn has significant work experience in various roles. From 2018 to the present, they worked at Weave as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for developing and enforcing sales policies, conducting data analysis, and providing insights for decision-making. Jay demonstrated expertise in Excel, Salesforce reporting, Jira Service Management, and DOMO.

Starting in 2021, Jay Thorn joined the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner. As a Youth Suicide Research Assistant, they analyzed large datasets to identify markers of potential suicide in grade school youth. Additionally, they worked as an Opioid Fatality Research Assistant, focusing on understanding opioid abuse and accidental overdose trends through the analysis of toxicology records.

Prior to their current roles, Jay Thorn was employed at doTERRA International LLC from 2016 to 2018 as the Impact Research Team Lead. During this time, they developed and implemented a process to assess the impact of client-facing initiatives. Jay also conducted research-based interviews, utilized survey platforms like SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics, and performed statistical analysis to provide informed reporting for executive decision-making.

Jay Thorn completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology from Utah Valley University, where they studied from 2014 to 2022. In 2022, they enrolled in Southern Utah University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Leadership. This program lasted until 2023.
