Tanner Wixom

Tanner Wixom is a data-driven strategist and CX leader with extensive experience in operations and marketing. They have led various teams across notable firms, including as Managing Director at Cougar Strategy Group, where Tanner implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced client acquisition and project quality. Currently, Tanner serves as the Lead Manager of Customer Journey Insights and Optimization at Weave while also pursuing a Bachelor's degree and two Master's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration at Brigham Young University. Previously, they co-founded Yipy, a quality assurance software for the hospitality industry, and have held several roles in both consulting and marketing that have significantly improved operational efficiencies and revenue generation.
