Mitchell Kearney

Mitchell Kearney is an experienced professional in product development, enterprise architecture, and data integration within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as SVP of Product Development at Get Well since March 2025, Mitchell is responsible for overseeing the technical direction of Data and Engineering teams and ensuring compliance with Secure SDLC processes. Prior to this role, Mitchell held various senior leadership positions at Health Catalyst, including SVP of Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, where responsibilities included guiding enterprise strategy and solution architecture. Experience at IBM as Director of Data Integration involved health data identification and integration, while earlier roles at Perception Software and Explorys focused on data architecture and curation. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from John Carroll University.
