Ryan Council

Ryan Council has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering. Ryan started their career as a Network Engineer II at 3Di Technologies, LLC, where they developed an admin dashboard with PHP and MySQL, automating tasks and driving efficiency. Ryan was commended by management for their innovative self-initiated automation efforts. Ryan then joined Insight Global on a contract-to-hire position, working as a Senior Network Engineer at Illinois Tool Works. Ryan eventually became a full-time employee at Illinois Tool Works, supporting their corporate campus and branch office. Ryan then moved on to work at Federal Data Systems as a Senior Network Engineer, providing network engineering support to the Federal Government. Ryan played a key role in ensuring high availability and performance for critical applications. Currently, Ryan is working at Get Well as the Director of Network Engineering, leading a team and focusing on fostering a secure cloud-first infrastructure. Ryan has expertise in automating client onboarding and developing an admin dashboard using Django.

Ryan Council obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition, they hold certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Solutions Architect Associate and Advanced Networking Specialty. Ryan obtained these certifications in July 2020 and December 2021, respectively.
