Thomas Elbert

Thomas Elbert is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare operations and data management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Get Well since November 2024, Thomas previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Health Catalyst, including SVP, Chief Data Officer and General Manager Technology. Earlier positions include Director of Analytics at Northwestern Medicine and President of Southport Analytics. Thomas's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Analytics and an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa.
