Alyssa Dver

Alyssa Dver is the CEO and Co-Founder of the American Confidence Institute, where expertise in brain science is utilized to enhance leadership and coaching capabilities for building sustained confidence. As Chair and Founder of the ERG Leadership Alliance, Alyssa leads the largest global community of employee resource group champions, representing over 50 million people. Additional roles include Confidence Educator and Spokesperson for IT Cosmetics, Professional Advisor at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the Penn Center for Innovation, where Alyssa teaches pitch confidence to emerging CEOs. Alyssa hosts the podcast "Distilled Confidence," serves as a Confidence Expert for wiseHer, and previously held leadership roles at Think-X, FoodPhone, and CEO Connection. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from The Wharton School and has attended Harvard Extension School.
