Alex Mack

Alex Mack has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. They started their career in 2012 with an internship as a Software Developer at Adscale. From 2014 to 2017, Alex worked at Linewize ANZ, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2017, they joined Bosch Software Innovations as a DevOps Engineer, where they contributed to the Eclipse Hono Open Source Project and worked on the Bosch IoT Hub. Alex then moved to GetYourGuide in 2018, starting as a Senior Software Engineer before advancing to Engineering Manager and then Senior Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at GetYourGuide.

Alex Mack obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
