Amber Cartwright

Amber Cartwright is an experienced design leader currently serving as VP of UX at GetYourGuide since February 2025, where Amber oversees a team of forty product designers, content designers, and researchers to enhance travel experiences. Prior to this role, Amber held various positions at Netflix from July 2019 to February 2025, including Senior Design Manager for Fandom & Messaging and managing multiple design teams to drive user experience strategies. Amber also contributed significantly at Airbnb as Design Director for Airbnb Plus, leading projects with a user-first approach, and at HUGE as Associate Experience Director, where strategic partnerships with major clients were established. Additional earlier roles include Producer at Second Story Interactive Studios and Product Manager at Martha Stewart. Amber holds a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University.
