Anna Steffensen

Anna Steffensen has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. Anna is currently working as a Senior CRM Manager at GetYourGuide since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a CRM Associate at Gorillas from January 2022 to July 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Anna worked at Zalando SE as a Direct Marketing Manager for Denmark & Norway. Before that, they gained experience at Sprout World, a Danish start-up, where they held the position of Social Media and Ecommerce Assistant from January 2016 to June 2017. In this role, Anna had extensive responsibilities involving social media marketing, PR, content marketing, email-marketing, SEO, e-commerce, logistic, customer service, and photo- and video editing.

Anna also has prior experience in customer service roles. Anna worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Comwell from March 2013 to January 2016, where they contributed to a unique customer experience and handled tasks such as coordinating shifts, training new colleagues, and managing timetables for meetings and conferences. Additionally, they worked as a Receptionist at Hotel Fy og Bi from March 2014 to December 2014.

In 2013, Anna gained experience as a Counselor at Camp America, where they were responsible for lifeguarding, daily swimming lessons, and organizing water activities for children. Anna also worked as a Swim Coach at Roskilde Svømmeklub from September 2007 to May 2013, where they had full responsibility for the safety of children and planned goal-oriented swimming lessons.

Lastly, Anna worked as an English Teacher at D&J Educational Organization from August 2012 to January 2013, focusing on teaching basic communication skills and pronunciation through nursery rhymes, songs, and storytelling.

Anna Steffensen completed their education in a sequential manner. Anna started their education journey in 2000 at Klostermarksskolen, where they received their Folkeskole diploma in 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2012, Anna studied at Roskilde Gymnasium, obtaining their STX studentereksamen degree in Samfundsfag og engelsk.

In 2013, Anna Steffensen enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Intercultural Market Communication between 2013 and 2016. During their Bachelor's program, Anna Steffensen also studied at Belmont University in 2015, focusing on Marketing/Marketing Management.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Anna pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business administration and organizational communication from 2016 to 2018.

Additionally, in 2023, Anna received certification as a Braze Certified Marketer from Braze.
