Aron Cheung

Aron Cheung has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2012, they started as a Research Intern at CSOFT International. In 2014, they worked as a Business Change Analyst at AQA before transitioning to TMF Group, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and later as an Operations Development Associate/Operations Analyst.

In 2016, Aron joined the Institute for Government as a Research Assistant, conducting qualitative research interviews and assisting in parliamentary impact evaluations. Aron then progressed to the role of Researcher, conducting data-driven analysis and promoting the use of data analysis and visualization across the organization. In 2019, they became a Senior Researcher, leading data-driven research projects and managing teams.

In 2021, Aron joined Leapwise as an Associate Consultant, specializing in research and analysis. Aron worked there until 2022, when they joined GetYourGuide as a People Analyst. In this role, they utilize their analytical skills to provide insights about people-related matters.

Outside of their full-time positions, Aron also worked as a Freelance Consultant, providing research, data analysis, and visualization services.

Aron Cheung obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have pursued various certifications in data analysis and programming, including the "Analyze Data with Python Skill Path," "Data Analyst Career Path," "Analyze Business Data with SQL Skill Path," "Learn Python 3 Course," and "Learn SQL Course" from Codecademy. Aron obtained these certifications between January and February of 2022.
