Callum Watson

Callum Watson has a strong background in tax and accounting, with extensive experience in managing tax functions at both global and group levels. Callum currently holds the position of Head of Tax at GetYourGuide since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager at GetYourGuide from June 2020 to January 2022. Before joining GetYourGuide, Callum served as the Global Tax Manager at Skyscanner from November 2019 to May 2020. Callum'searlier career includes a notable role as the Head of Tax & Accounting at Idox plc, where they oversaw the entire tax function of the group and also had a technical accounting remit. Callum began their career as a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager at Deloitte UK, where they worked from August 2008 to April 2012.

Callum Watson attended the University of Strathclyde from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Accounting and Finance. In 2011, they earned the Chartered Accountant certification from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs.
