Chris Mantas, a Senior Lecturer and Year Tutor at Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο since September 2020, has extensive experience in research and social activism. Currently involved with the Center for Liberal Studies - Markos Dragoumis (KEFiM) as a researcher since August 2016, Chris also collaborates with Renew Europe on projects alongside the European Liberty Forum and others. As a Mountain Leader for EOS ACHARNON and GetYourGuide, Chris demonstrates leadership in outdoor activities. Notably, Chris co-founded Streetpanthers in 2007, which has gained recognition for its social activism. Additionally, Chris served as Municipality Vice President and City Councilor in Kifissia from September 2014 to December 2019. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester and ongoing postdoctoral research in AI and Public Administration.
