Ester Aunin

Ester Aunin is an experienced professional in employee engagement and development, currently serving as Employee Engagement Senior Manager and previously as Employee Experience Senior Specialist at GetYourGuide since December 2020. As a co-founder of Haute Nature since March 2011, Ester has also held roles such as Learning and Development Specialist at Athlon International from October 2018 to December 2020, Change Management Specialist at Daimler Mobility AG from April 2016 to September 2018, and Customer Relations Manager as well as Learning & Development Coordinator at Avatud Meele Instituut from 2011 to April 2016. Ester holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tallinn University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu, complemented by a Gymnasium Diploma from Miina Härma Gymnasium.
