Harsh Rawat

Harsh Rawat has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in the field of engineering and management. Harsh began their career at IGATE in 2009 as a Sr. Developer before moving on to GlobalLogic in 2011 as a Sr. Software Engineer. In 2012, they joined Make My Trip and held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, Manager/Principal Engineer, and finally Senior Engineering Manager. At Make My Trip, Harsh led the Holidays team and Activities team, where they designed and built a new line of business using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Couchbase. This system successfully increased holiday package bookings by 25%. In 2020, Harsh joined GetYourGuide as an Engineering Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Engineering Manager.

Harsh Rawat studied at Punjab Technical University from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they completed their Sr. Secondary education in Computer Science at Lilawati Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School. In 2002, they finished their Higher Secondary education at the same school, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.
