Ines Biškić

Ines Biškić's work experience is as follows:

In 2017, they joined GetYourGuide as a Talent Development Manager. Ines'sresponsibilities included managing Workday Learning, overseeing the Personal Growth Budget, building and optimizing the Competency Profiles Framework, managing learning events, negotiating and managing contracts for external trainers and speakers, and developing and executing a year-long roadmap. Ines also served as a People Manager to working students in the Talent Development Team.

Prior to that, Ines worked at GetYourGuide as a Talent Development Specialist in the People Team starting in July 2021.

Before joining GetYourGuide, Ines worked as a Knowledge Specialist in the CS Knowledge & Training Team at an undisclosed company starting in April 2018.

In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at GetYourGuide.

From 2013 to 2019, Ines worked as a Language Teacher on a freelance basis.

In 2016, they worked as an Online Tutor at Školica Croatian Language School.

In the same year, Ines was a Translation Trainee at the European Parliament from July to December.

Ines also worked as an Italian Language & Culture Teacher at Trilibris / Duga tečajevi stranih jezika from February to July.

In 2015, Ines worked as a Book Publishing Assistant at V.B.Z. d.o.o.

In the same year, they worked as an Office Assistant at 24sata.

From 2013 to 2014, Ines worked as an Art Gallery Tour Guide at Klovićevi Dvori Gallery. Ines'sresponsibilities included leading tours, researching artworks and artists, and attending training sessions.

At The University of Zagreb Student Centre, Ines worked as an Italian Language & Culture Teacher from February to July 2013. Ines'sresponsibilities included preparing lessons, developing and grading language knowledge verifications, and organizing group visits to Italian-related activities.

In 2011, Ines worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Poliklinika Identalia from July 2011 to February 2013.

Ines Biškić began their education in 2008 when they enrolled at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. Ines pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Italian Language and Literature & Croatian Language and Literature, which they completed in 2011.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, Ines continued their education at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu and obtained a Master's Degree in Education from 2011 to 2014.

In 2012, Ines was awarded a scholarship to study Italian Language and Culture at the Università per Stranieri "Dante Alighieri" for one year.

In 2014, they participated in the Erasmus program and studied Italian Language, Literature, and Cinema at the Università di Catania for a short period of time.

In 2022, Ines completed the Story Skills Workshop offered by Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops and received a STR Certificate.
