Michael Boos

Michael Boos is a seasoned Tax Manager with extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory roles across various sectors, including e-commerce and technology. Currently, Michael serves as Tax Manager at GetYourGuide, having previously held the same title at Accel Club, where management and streamlining of indirect and corporate tax compliance were key responsibilities. Prior to these roles, Michael worked at EY and KPMG, focusing on tax advisory services for Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications companies. Michael's career began as a Junior Tax Lawyer at Pepeliaev Group, specializing in corporate tax advisory and tax law. Academically, Michael holds a PhD in Tax Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University, along with a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
