Michaela Synkova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michaela began their career as a Project Manager at AIESEC in 2010 and successfully implemented two projects focused on financial literacy and English skills. In 2014, they became an Event Manager at AIESEC, organizing a gala night attended by company representatives and overseeing logistics and finances.

Michaela then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014-2015, studying Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Michaela acquired the CAE - Certificate in Advanced English from the British Council in June 2010, the FCE - First Certificate in English in March 2009, and the German Labour Law certification from the Poko-Institut in June 2017.
