Will Gluckin

Will Gluckin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of communications. Will started their career as a Farmers Market Representative for Wave Hill Breads, where they managed vendor tents, interacted with customers, and sold bakery products. Will then interned at Cognito, initially as a Public Relations Intern and later as a Business Development Intern, where they gained exposure to various aspects of PR and worked on streamlining the firm's sales contact database. Will also interned as a Public Affairs Intern at Chlopak, Leonard, Schechter & Associates, where they assisted in developing communication strategies for clients through research and analysis. Will later worked at Hotwire PR as an Associate Program Executive and then as a Program Executive, providing strategic PR counsel and managing media and influencer relations for tech-enabled brands. At Mission North, Will held the positions of Senior Associate and Senior Media Associate, contributing to the agency's content-led PR approach. Will then joined GetYourGuide as a PR & Communications Manager before taking on the role of PR & Communications Lead and eventually Head Of Communications. At GetYourGuide, Will built PR, corporate communications, and social media from scratch, scaling the function and contributing to the growth of the company. Currently, they are the Head of Global Communications at GetYourGuide. Will also served as the Head of Communications at Pitch, where they established a communications function from scratch, set and owned the communications strategy, and managed a team and budget. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in communications strategy, team management, and building functions from the ground up.

Will Gluckin attended Wilton High School from 2007 to 2009, where they earned their H.S. Diploma. Will then went on to attend The George Washington University from 2009 to 2013, where they graduated with a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Communications, German Language & Literature. In 2012, Will Gluckin also studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin for a brief period, focusing on German Language and Literature. Prior to attending Wilton High School, they attended Zurich International School from 2005 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
