Irene Elem

Irene Elem is a dedicated public health advocate currently serving as a National Health Fellow at the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Nigeria. With a strong focus on strengthening primary health care, improving access to care, and engaging underserved communities, Irene has accumulated diverse experience in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. Previous roles include Medical Sales Representative at Codix Pharma Ltd and Pharmaethics Ltd, Quality Assurance Personnel at Doyin Investments Nigeria Limited, and Chemical Analyst during the NYSC at Pharmadekoplc. Irene is currently pursuing an MSc in Public Health at the University of Port Harcourt, building upon a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Alex-Ekweme Federal University, where a CGPA of 4.32 was achieved. Additionally, Irene holds a position as a Territory Manager at Getz Pharma, effectively generating revenue and fostering client relationships.
