Hayley Young is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production management and human resources. Beginning a career in advertising as an Advertising Pre-Press Co-ordinator at Reed Business Information from April 2004 to September 2005, Hayley progressed to roles at ITP as a Production Controller and River Publishing as a Production Manager. From October 2009 to June 2019, Hayley served as Production Operations Manager in Publishing & Creative and as Print Project Manager at Harrods. In a brief tenure at Lindenmeyr International from June 2019 to June 2021, Hayley held dual roles as Head of Production and Head of HR. Transitioning to human resources, Hayley has been HR Manager at Fennies Nurseries for the year 2024 and is currently serving in this capacity at GEW (EC) Limited since January 2025.
