Diego Goncalves is currently the Head of Global Customer Success Management at Gexcon, where he leads a team to ensure customers' success worldwide. With a background in Business Development, Sales, and Project Management in various industries such as the energy sector and sports, he brings a wealth of experience to his role. Diego also holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Warwick.
