Neville Upton

Neville Upton is an experienced director and strategic advisor with a diverse background in leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Ingenuity Connect Ltd since January 2024, Upton also provides strategic advice to AgriSound and Axiom Brands. As the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Gfinity PLC: Esports Solutions since November 2013, Upton has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Upton held the position of Executive Chairman at Maistro Group until December 2023 and was the CEO and founder of The Listening Company for over a decade. Early career roles include Operations Director at Sitel and finance-related positions at Euromoney Institutional Investor and PwC UK, where Upton began as a Chartered Accountant.
