Jan Napieralski, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Department of Microelectronics and Computer Science at the Technical University of Lodz and a senior Python developer at GFT Technologies. They completed their PhD in Technical Informatics and Telecommunications at the same institution in 2021. Jan has extensive experience in software development, having held positions as a junior software developer at Open-RnD, a specialist in algorithm development at the ZF Group, and an NLP engineer at Samsung Electronics. Currently, they contribute to research and development in perception algorithms and AI techniques.
