Małgorzata (Małgo) Barska is an experienced design leader currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Public Relations at Uniwersytet Łódzki. From 2018 to 2023, they served as Principal UX Designer and Head of UX Family at GFT Group, where they led complex UX projects and managed the career development of employees. Previously, Małgo was CEO of Studio Kreatywne and held various design leadership roles in organizations such as GFT Poland and Over Group. In addition to their professional endeavors, Małgo has a background in teaching computer graphics at Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi and has experience in martial arts management.
