Nathan Tunbridge

Nathan Tunbridge is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Operations Manager at GFT Group since February 2022, Nathan leads the UK, Ireland, and Middle East HR Team for approximately 1,500 employees. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Fidessa, and HR Business Partner at Unilever and Airbus Group, where notable achievements included spearheading transformation projects and developing talent management strategies. Nathan began the HR career as a Human Resources Advisor with the NHS, providing comprehensive HR support to line managers. Nathan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
