Victoria Winter

Victoria Winter, CPTD, currently serves as the Head of UK Learning and Development at GFT Technologies since November 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria spent over 16 years at Cerner Corporation in various positions, including Lead Leadership Effectiveness Consultant and L&D Leader for EMEA, APAC, and Canada, where responsibility encompassed associate learning and development across multiple regions. Victoria's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Learning Strategist and Learning Architect. Academically, Victoria is pursuing an INSPIRE! Inspirational Leader degree and has obtained a Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from Avila University, alongside a BSc in Computer Science from UCL.
