Vinícius Samico is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in project, portfolio, and program management. Currently serving as the Head of ServiceNow Latam & Americas at GFT Technologies, Vinícius is responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies and managing sales teams. Previous roles include leading customer success at Digibee, where they managed a technical team of approximately 80 professionals, and engaging as an Engagement Director for Cask LATAM, successfully overseeing a $15 million management program. Vinícius has also held notable positions in companies such as ServiceNow and Avanade, contributing significantly to client satisfaction and project delivery excellence. They hold a degree from Faculdade Integrada do Recife and completed an extension program at FGV.
