Carson Andes started their work experience in 2016 as a Shift Team Lead at Dunkin' Brands, where they were responsible for coaching team members and ensuring customer satisfaction. They then worked as a Landscaper Crew Member at Ahlgren Landscaping LLC in 2020, performing various lawn maintenance tasks. In 2022, they joined Manafort Brothers, Inc. as a Project Engineer before moving to TranSystems in 2023 as a Bridge Engineer.
Carson Andes completed their high school education at Cheshire High School from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering at Roger Williams University.
