Chad Robinson is a seasoned transportation professional with extensive experience in bridge inspection and engineering. Chad served as the WV Transportation Lead at TranSystems in early 2025 and is currently in the same role at GFT since January 2025. Previously, Chad worked for the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) from October 2015 to January 2025, with roles including Program Manager for In-Service Bridge Inspection, QA/QC Manager, and District 1 Bridge Engineer. Chad's earlier career includes a tenure at HNTB as a Project Engineer from March 1999 to May 2011. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
